Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.



PAY PAL Payments taken straight away . We will inform you of any backorder items or refunds when you receive the goods or if possible by phone or email . If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, we will send a receipt via email to you.

Shipping And Handling
All goods are sent first class recorded mail unless you request an alternative means of shipping. If you require tracking or special delivery then please contact us or choose that option.

£ 50+ = Free (Excludes some items if shipping outside of the UK )

Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 1-3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 7 days although we can not guarantee the speed of the Postal services. Missing orders will not be replaced within 30 days of despatch, due to the unreliability of Postal Services. If you require an urgent international service then please contact us so and we will make arrangements and advise on costs.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund,excluding the cost of delivery . Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

We will exchange or refund unused purchases if returned within 14 days of purchase in the original condition and packaging, with a valid receipt. Items returned are done so at the customers own cost. Goods will be refunded minus the cost of Carriage as specified in the original Invoice.

We recommend that you get a proof of posting when returning any items. We will not be held responsible for any items lost in the post. Items returned for exchange may be liable to a further postage charge depending on the exchange item. Claims for damages or shortages on any orders must be reported within 24 hours from arrival by telephoning 01326 562753

Any faulty items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt and must be packaged securely, preferably in the original packaging.

All returned items must be returned with all the documentation, blank warranty cards and any other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We will endeavour to send your exchange items to you within 24 hours of receiving the returned item, subject to the exchange item being in stock. If returning items for a refund please allow up to 60 working days for your refund to appear on your card statement. Credit Card refunds are only available to the Credit Card used in the original transaction.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
